When you place an order you will receive status emails or text messages to the email address or phone number you provided.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message with the tracking number. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact us including the name on the order and we will email you the tracking information. contactus@inspiremebracelets.com

Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order (we have a 2-3 business day processing time). To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Inspire Me Bracelets does not ship orders to post office boxes.  We are able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs only. For each address within the United States, the following charges apply: Ground shipping: $4.66 and International addresses are $13.50. Please be aware that international shipping does take a little longer.

Inspire Me Bracelets are made of stainless steal that is hypoallergenic, lead free, and tarnish resistant . Our Gold, Rosegold, and Black bracelets are also made with the same material as our silver bracelets which makes them hypoallergenic, lead free, and tarnish resistant as well.  Each Gold, Rosegold, and Black bracelet is coated with a thick, strong, and long lasting polish.  With the proper care our bracelets will last a long time.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at contactus@inspiremebracelets.com to arrange a return or exchange. You have 30 days after your purchase to do a return or exchange.

The full refund will be returned once the bracelet is received. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your refund or exchange once the bracelet is back in our possession. Please note that all shipping expenses of the return are the responsibility of the customer.
